About Central Drug
At Central Drug, expect something unique. We aren’t your average “drugstore,” we offer you a collaborative, science -based approach to medicine that focuses on the individual and optimal health. From compounding, probiotics, and hormone replacement therapy (HRT), we take a unique, patient focused approach that helps us meet the gold standard of success: helping you get better.
We specialize in sterile and non-sterile compounding, as a PCAB (Pharmacy Compounding Accreditation Board) accredited pharmacy, but we are also a full-line pharmacy with a focus on wellness and functional medicine. Anything we discuss is completely confidential, so don’t hesitate to consult with our pharmacists or nurse practitioner.
Meet Our Team
Cherise Branch, APRN, FNP-BC, FAAMM
Cherise is an active Fellow in Anti-Aging, Metabolic and Functional Medicine-completing her fellowship in the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M) in 2019. She is zealous about personalizing care for every person and takes time to listen and evaluate so she can treat the root cause of the problem rather than suppressing symptoms.
Tradition
We’re no strangers to tradition; Central Drug was founded in the early 1950s as a pharmacy, gift shop and soda fountain. Our focus on the pharmacist-patient-provider relationship as well as superior customer service has given us the privilege of serving our community and surrounding area just a few blocks from Central Drug’s original location. While we specialize in compounding; let us emphasize that we are a full-line pharmacy. We provide timely service to both our “walk-in patients” as well as expedite mail-order service for patients throughout Texas.
